Marginal for top attachment
The Centipede system is not well thought out when it comes to tying the tops to the P-tops. There is really a need to have a 4 position P-top with the loops spaced and arranged to tie the tops together in a multi-top setup. I am using 20mm tops along with a Benchdog hinge setup to create a 4’x8′ alternative to the Festool MFT. Time will tell, but I have a concern that the tops need to be better connected to maintain the 96mm spacing between top sections.

Great addition! Worth the cost.
I needed to make a full size 4×8 wood working bench. However, it needed to break down and store or transport. The centipede and the folding table tops fit the bill. The risers to make the bench taller were added so my back wouldn’t be so sore. But, when attached, the edges did not mate perfectly. I saw this double p-top and hoped it would solve the problem. It did – for the most part. Not perfect, but nearly so. The bench is incredibly sturdy. The dog-hole tops are a brilliant idea. I’ve added all the dog hole accessories – great quality there as well. Excellent execution. Period. All-in-all, this entire system, is prefect for me. I know of nothing nearly this portable and sturdy. Kudos to the whole team.
